How do I get my access cards?
Before relocating to Green Horizon, provide the property manager with the number of cards you need and the access profiles that will determine the permissions saved on them. You will do so without violating any GDPR regulations! There is no need for you to share any personal details with the property manager, the ID numbers assigned to your employees will suffice. You can also ask for a card to be issued for your company. This solution requires you to keep internal records. This should make it possible to determine which employees hold a particular card. All of this is for our mutual security.
You will receive the cards upon handover of the premises.
Card design
Customized cards cannot be ordered from third parties. However, you can personalize the cards you receive from the property manager by placing a label with your logo on them.
Issuing new cards
However, you don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more for a fee! You can request them by sending an email to property manager and building technical manager. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them.
Access management
Each card can be programmed to give you access to different areas, such as bike lockers or dedicated office access hours. Choose what you need and customise the card to suit you!
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide property manager and building technical manager with an email request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
The modification will be completed as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to property manager and building technical manager immediately to block access. The tenant bears the cost of issuing a new card in line with current market prices. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
CARD REPLACEMENT STEP BY STEP
Provide property manager and building technical manager with an email request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
Be sure to include the serial number of the card you wish to deactivate.
Technical team will program the new card as soon as possible once the approval from the property manager has been granted.
A new card will be issued within one day.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager.
